I know this is an older post but a Google search for the OPI shade you used brought me here. One question: why do you make your cuticle line so high? It looks like your mani is about a week old and half grown out in these pics.
ReplyDeleteHaha yeah. This was a quick swatch, so I didn't keep it on, but my application back then wasn't stellar. In fact, this was when I just got into nail polish and was learning how to apply it well without getting it on my cuticles. Whenever I look at these old pics, I want to take them down. But I remind myself that this is a fun hobby for me, so I keep them to gauge my progress. :)
ReplyDeleteOh believe me, I know the feeling. I *still* have problems with some formulas. Either thin at the nail edges or gloppy at the cuticle. And you're right, it is fun, and I just have to remember that nobody but me probably notices those "imperfections" and it makes me feel good when someone at work says "Your nails always look so nice". :)
