Since it gets hot upstairs, for the summer I've been leaving my polish collection downstairs in the family room. This means it's constantly at the mercy of my sister and mother. I caught my sis using Charla before I swatched it and she eagerly volunteered to be in my blog.
This is 2 coats. She applied the polish herself and was pretty proud of her application. Not bad, huh? Charla has a sheer aqua base filled with blue-green flecks of shimmer. The color reminds me of mermaids and the ocean. Since her nails are short 2 coats seems to be opaque enough. For me, I might have to use 3.
Overall, it's a gorgeous color. Now I know why it's so popular! Thanks to the sis for volunteering to be in the post. ^^
