Sweet and simple post from me today. This is 3 coats of Essie Demure Vixen, a lovely mauve/taupe with pink shimmer. I can't decide if this color looks good on me. It might be a bit too cool, but I'd wear it anyway because it's so pretty.

I've always wanted to try this shade on but I'm never able to commit to purchase it. Your swatch looks beautiful, the shimmer really pops! I think it looks good on you, but I know what you mean when you can't decide if you like it or not.
ReplyDeleteI have the same issue with Demure Vixen. I love it, it's a favourite sheer/nude of mine but it doesn't really suit my skin tone either!! I wear it anyway because it's beautiful and so should you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have this shade and like it a lot. It's a pretty shade and is not one that is chalky in this hue like so many others have been that Essie has released that I cannot wear because they have that white coming through the lavender. I think it's a lovely neutral with an underlying punch, meaning it's not a nude but falls in with that grouping. I like the look on you BTW.
