It may be the end of summer, but it's been around 100 degrees lately! I think it's finally cooling down starting today. Here's a bright mani I did to say goodbye to summer. :)
The bf bought me a couple Urban Outfitter polishes (thanks!
♥), and the yellow one called UV is one of them. This was my first time trying UO polishes and the formulas were nice. UV is pretty pigmented and takes anywhere from 2 to 3 coats to get it opaque and smooth depending on how careful you are. I recommend using medium coats when applying this. It's minimally streaky, but very manageable! In fact, I really like this yellow. :P For a flawless look, I recommend using a top coat like Seche Vite. :)
On my middle and ring I'm wearing 3 coats of Sinful Colors Timbleberry. It's opaque in 2, but I just did 3. Then I added white stripes and went over those with another striping polish in a glittery silver. I think it gives it kind of an athletic vibe.

Timbleberry matches the accent color on one of my hoodies. :P Sorry about my weirdly colored hands in some of these pics. I'm still trying to figure out a good place to take pics here.

What a super-cute citrus-like mani! I have Thimbleberry too and it's one of my got-to coral polishes. I also really like the yellow.
